Privacy Policy for dotTheBall

Last updated: July 21, 2026

dotTheBall is a game developed by Smilio ("we", "us"). This policy explains how dotTheBall handles your information. In short: dotTheBall does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

Information we collect

None. dotTheBall does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, or any other personal information, and it does not require an account to play.

Information stored on your device

dotTheBall saves your game progress — such as best scores and times, star ratings, which levels you've unlocked, and your settings — locally on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage. This information never leaves your device, is not sent to us or to anyone else, and is removed if you delete the app.

Analytics, tracking, and advertising

dotTheBall contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not build any profile about you. The app functions fully offline and makes no network requests to us.

Children's privacy

Because dotTheBall collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. The app is safe for players of all ages in this respect.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
